At HLO Lighting, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Our warranty policy is designed to provide long-term assurance and peace of mind, covering you in a range of situations.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all retrofit bulbs, covering any manufacturing defects that prevent them from meeting the high standards set by HLO Lighting. For other products, such as string lights, clips, and accessories, we provide a limited 2-year warranty. Our warranties are applicable only to products used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations.

Return and Replacement Process
If you experience any issues with our products, please let us know. To process a warranty claim, return the defective item to our warehouse at the address below. For claims made within 90 days of the original purchase date, HLO Lighting will cover the return shipping costs. For claims submitted after 90 days, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that alterations, misuse, or operation of any product outside of the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines will void the warranty. This policy helps ensure the quality and longevity of our products for all customers.
