Retrofit bulbs: Limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

String lights, clips, and accessories: Limited 2-year warranty.

Coverage applies to products used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and recommendations.

Exclusions

Alterations, misuse, or operation outside of recommended guidelines voids the warranty. This ensures long-term reliability for all customers.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. 1 Contact us. Email cs@hlolighting.com or call (800) 737-7841. Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps.
  2. 2 Ship the item. Return the defective item to our warehouse (address below). Within 90 days of purchase, we cover return shipping. After 90 days, the customer covers return shipping.
  3. 3 Replacement. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your replacement per the warranty terms.
